Pre-K Registration

April 17th and 18th, 2024

April 17th and 18th, 2024 are the dates for the registration of Pre-K students in the Cambria Heights School District.  Registration for all students will be at the Cambria Heights Elementary School in Carrolltown.  REGISTRATION WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  YOU MUST BRING YOUR PRE-K CHILD WITH YOU TO THIS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!  Please call (814)-344-8506  extension 1028 to schedule your day and time.

In order for your child to be eligible for the Pre-K classroom your child must be 4 years of age on or by August 31, 2024. 

The State requires all parents to show proof of income. (Ex: W2). The reason for this verification of income is to ensure that the Cambria Heights School District/PreK Counts classroom is using the allocated funding in the appropriate manner designated by the grant requirements. (We encourage all parents to bring a copy of your 2023 W2 tax form/s)

Each child’s Birth Certificate, Social Security Number and Immunization record must be brought to the registration location at the time of your appointment.

In order to expedite matters, registration packets are available prior to the registration dates.  Forms may be obtained from the Cambria Heights Elementary School (138 East Campbell Street, Carrolltown, Pa. 15722).  A brother, sister, or child from your neighborhood may deliver the forms to you or you may pick up the forms in the elementary office.  If it is not possible for the packets to be delivered through one of these methods, parents can obtain these registration forms by calling (814)-344-8506 (ext. 1028) and packets will be mailed to you via the U.S. Mail.
