Basket Auction

Dear Parents and Guardians,

PTO will again hold a Basket Auction during Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 10, 2023. If this is your first year at CHES, let me explain what we do. Every class is given a theme for a basket. Each child is asked to bring a NEW ITEM to fill their classroom basket based on the theme below. All money raised is used for the fun events the PTO provides for our children! To purchase chances, please stop in the multipurpose room (usually referred to as the gym) during Parent Teacher Conferences. You will also have the opportunity to shop at the Book Fair. Winners will be drawn on the evening of the Parent Teacher Conferences.

Please help us fill your child’s classroom basket!

ALL ITEMS ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2023.

Please use your imagination! Also, please remember that your child will be bringing these items into school, so please do not send any items they would not regularly be permitted to bring. If you have an item that students would not regularly be permitted to bring, please contact PTO to make arrangements for pickup.
